As the USA Market Director for Vitour, I wanted to share the story of how my journey with this incredible brand began. It all started when I became an early tester of the Vitour Tempesta P1 tire. With over 10 years of experience in import/export, e-commerce, product development, and as a grassroots racer, I quickly realized that Vitour had created something special. After testing the P1, I was eager to get involved, and soon after, I began stocking the tire. This led to the launch of VitourP1.com, a site dedicated to showcasing and selling this game-changing tire.
Navigating the Launch of the P1
The initial launch of the P1 wasn’t without its challenges, mainly due to missteps in its marketing approach. I got involved shortly afterward to help steer the brand in the right direction, and over the past year, we’ve seen great success. Almost without exception, once a racer tries the P1, they quickly recognize its value and become a fan. Because of this, I was appointed as Market Director by the manufacturer to continue the effort of promoting the tire in a way that resonates with the racing community.
