The award schedule, terms, and submission process are outlined below. Once your claim is submitted, we’ll review it and typically follow up within a week. If approved, you’ll receive a discount code equal to the value of your award, redeemable through participating outlets, including:
Vitour - vitourp1.com
Phil's Tire Service - philstireservice.com

General Requirements:
All contingency claims must include valid proof of purchase, such as an invoice or order confirmation email, showing the purchase of Vitour tires at standard retail pricing, excluding special promotions, contingency credits, sponsorship or discounts.

The purchase must have been made within 90 days prior to the race date.

Competitors may only submit claims for the same tire for which they can provide proof of purchase.

Any tires received through this program are for the recipient’s personal use only and may not be resold.

Usage Requirements:
To be eligible for this program, competitors must use Vitour tires purchased from Vitour or a Vitour-authorized dealer on all four wheel positions for the duration of the competition.

Starter Requirements:
To be eligible to receive contingency awards for a competition, there must be a minimum of 5 starters in your class the day of the competition.

Decal Requirements:
Two fender decals and one front bumper decal are required. One decal must be placed above each front wheel position and one on a visible location on the front. No other tire manufacturer logos may be displayed on the vehicle.

Photo(s) of the car at the event, clearly showing the required decals, must be included with the claim.

Decals are available at tech for select organizers, through a Vitour representative at the event when applicable, or by ordering for delivery at vitourp1.com

Award Details:
For contingency purposes, typically a single weekend counts as one event. If multiple segments, races, or sessions are combined into an overall event or points total, they will be treated as a single eligible result. For endurance racing, if a weekend includes multiple separate endurance races, such as an 8-hour race on Saturday and a 7-hour race on Sunday, each race may be treated as a separate event for contingency purposes.

Product awards are issued to 1st–3rd place finishers based on the overall event result, combined score, or endurance race outcome, provided all stated eligibility and starting requirements are met. Awards are issued as credit toward the purchase of Vitour tires.

Awards must be redeemed within the calendar year in which they are issued and expire December 31st. Awards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Contingency credits may be stacked on redemption; however, if redeeming more than five credits in a single transaction, it may be necessary to separate purchases into individual tires or pairs. Credits may only be used once.

Vitour retains the right to change the program details at any time. All contingency claims and final eligibility determinations are subject to review and approval at Vitour’s sole discretion. Vitour reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the intent or requirements of the program, including incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading submissions.
